7-Day Program Sample

To insure your optimal purification and wellbeing, the treatments may have to be modified during your 7 days, they can take 2 to 3 hours.

As we are trying to immerse you in a healing field and allow your energy to built up from within, this is as much as possible a silent retreat.

-Meditation/yoga 7:30 am

-Breakfast at the main house 9:00 am

-Treatments: 10 am

-Lunch at 1 pm

-Diner at 6:30 pm

-Meditation 8 to 8:30 pm

Medecine Compound: 3 times a day before food.

Triphala and other medecines at bedtime

Day 1: 10 am abyangham/nasya, karna purana, swedana, Shirodhara/matravasti

-3 pm consultation

Day 2: 10am abyangham/swedana /super nasya/ matravasti

-5 pm ghee making

Day 3: 10 am same treatments as day one

-5:30 pm kichari making

-8 pm Virechana preparations

Day 4. No yoga or meditation ( deep rest)

-2 pm Thai massage main house

-8 pm sound healing

Day 5: 10 am Kilari marmas/tarpanam/prana nasya

Day 6: 10 am Abyangham short/ swedana/prana nasya/ long shirodhara/oil basti

Please go to bed early. Avoid as much as possible internet. Do not try to resolve conflicts on the phone or internet during your retreat. Spare yourself and do not engage in reading/watching violent or heavy sad movies or news. Try to keep to the silent retreat as much as possible
