Refund & Release Policy During Your Panchakarma at Auromesa LLC.:
The 15 % deposit to reserve your space at Auromesa is not refundable but you can change the dates of your panchakarma in case of emergency.
Please understand well that Auromesa LLC is an establishment that provides Ayurvedic detoxification and rejuvenation program. If you have any kind of medical problem, any kind of psychological disorder, we do not have and MD or a therapist to supervise your condition. We are asking you to make sure you stay in contact with your main health practitioner and keep taking the medication that is needed to ensure your wellbeing and safety.
Please be advise that the nature of panchakarma is to bring up and eliminate built up toxins. This may also bring up emotional toxins in the process. We are aware of and sympathetic to this possibility. Please know that you are in a safe environment to go through this entire process. It has happened that when confronted with their own emotional issues clients have been known to want to stop their PK and leave Auromesa. This is regrettable but not a reason for any refunds.
